For the past few weeks I have been whining to Josh that we have not been to the beach yet. We had planned on going to the beach for a day trip a few weekends ago, but Breeley got sick and we ended up staying home. We had a free weekend and decided that we would try again.
Sunday morning we threw our beach stuff in the car and headed off to Wrightsville Beach by Wilmington. Once we found a place to park we had an excellent time. The weather was perfect. Josh and the girls played in the water, made some sandcastles, and I read a book in the sun. Happiness for all of us!
