Jar O'Lantern

Alyse was begging to do a craft last week. I remembered seeing an easy "pumpkin" craft in a magazine and I knew that we had all the supplies so I let her get her craft on.

Supplies:

Mason Jars

Paint Tape

Orange Paint

Paint brushes

And of course a paper plate and some newspaper to keep things nice and clean.

Using scissors cut whatever shapes you would like to make a jack o'lantern like face on your jar.

Cover the whole jar (including the tape is fine) with orange paint.

Once dry, carefully pull of the paint tape to see your face.

Put a candle in it and you have a jar o'lantern.
