I also would have not thought that this would be our 3rd snowfall this year in NC.
We have already played in the snow making snow balls and sledding the other two times it snowed, so I decided that we would do something new.
We made Snow Cream.
It is really easy to make.
All you need is:
8 cups of snow
1/2 cup of white sugar
1 and 1/2 tsp of vanilla
1 cup of milk
Mix all the ingredients together until smooth.
Serve right away. It melts quickly.

That looks and sounds yummy. We'd have to get the snow somewhere not in our yard though! We have a dog and you know what they say about yellow snow! Don't eat it!
