We had such a busy Halloween.
After Alyse's school parade and party we came home for a little rest and then got dressed for our next party.
I wanted the girls to coordinate like they did last year, but Alyse planned the costumes this year and I think that she did a great job choosing them.
It was Alyse's idea to bring a fork with her to brush her hair and I found it so funny that she wanted to add that detail from the movie.
Soon we made our way over to the church for a party.
1st there was a kids parade across the stage for all the Elevation staff kids to show off their costumes.
Then Alyse played some games, went on a treasure hunt, and we ate and talked to friends.
We love these events and are so thankful that we are included.
After we came home we decided to take our little mermaid out trick or treating.
Minnie stayed home with my mom. She was exhausted! We walked in the house and she put her hands in the air for my mom to pick her up and said "Night night!" and started to cry. Poor thing.
But Alyse was ready to go. It surprised me that my usually shy little girl was totally fine with walking up to the doors and saying "Trick or treat" and then "Thank you".
