Okay so I misread the title because I was trying to do too many things at once (and I apparently never learn!). I thought it said "Tutu Cake" so I just kept scrolling watching for cake. Whoops! Took me too times of going through the pictures before I double checked the title. She is definitely tutu cute- and too, too cute!
