Recital Day

Saturday was Miss Alyse's dance recital day.

First, was hair and make-up

Once we got to the church (her dance studio actually rented out our Elevation Blakeney campus), I took a few pictures of our little ballerina in her dance costume.

Then she was found her dance friends and got ready for her performance.

Soon it was time to dance to "How Great Is Our God".

*These pictures were actually taken during rehersal because there was no photography during the performance.

Afterwards, she was given flowers from all of her fans.

*Please note - getting a picture of her smiling was a big deal!  She is a very serious little ballerina and she also isn't the kind of kid who likes attention.  She actually kinda shuts down when you make a big deal out of things like this.
